January Update

Thank you for your prayers, support, and encouragement. Please pray for the people of Lonangat Village in Karamoja, northeastern Uganda (It is the next district up from the one we reported on in the newsletter). This past weekend, some boys there were so hungry they were using fire to chase rats out of the bush to eat. The region is in a drought and the fire ended up burning the entire village to the ground. We spoke to a missionary this morning (podcast episode coming in February) whose sister ministers in Karamoja. It is a desperately poor area and they greatly need our prayers.
